Our always-on learning agenda drives their continuous improvement through building and transferring digital skills, expertise, and ideas from our innovation ecosystem.Location: Sydney.Salary Range: AUD $128,191 - $136,132 Annual Gross.Short Description:We are seeking highly skilled hands-on Performance Engineer experience to collaborate with Design, Architects, PO, third party vendors and implement Performance Tunings solutions for cloud and in-house applications, highly skilled Big Data, Payments, Microsoft Azure and AWS SaaS/PaaS services.Key Responsibilities:Candidate should have experience in custom coding in Java to build custom toolsImplement Performance Tuning solutions and road map for the platformDevelop Nonfunctional requirements for new and old platformExperience in Capacity planningExperience in Chaos engineering and SREHands-on experience in various performance tuning toolsLead the design, development, and execution of performance test plans and test cases for Big Data, Payment's solutions and for multi-cloud and third-party applicationsOversee the analysis of performance test results to identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and areas for optimization.Collaborate with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to implement performance improvements.Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes and data pipelines.Utilize Microsoft Azure PaaS services, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Spark, Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Lake (Azure ELZ) for performance testing and optimization.Work with Cloudera Big Data technologies, Payments, Channel, Kafka, microservices Teradata, and Oracle to assess and enhance performance.Manage batch processes and scheduling using Control-M scheduler.Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations to stakeholders.Mentor and guide team members on performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Big Data performance testing and cloud technologies.Ensure all testing activities comply with industry standards and best practices.Additional Skills:Excellent customer interfacing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.Infosys is an equal opportunity employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of gender or other attributes covered by equal opportunity legislation.Please note in order to protect the interest of all parties involved in the recruitment process, Infosys does not accept any unsolicited resumes from third party vendors.
