About the role
Our Wellington team needs an Audit Manager to help drive our business forward. This is a role where you can really make a difference – to the business, your team, and the clients.

You will be responsible for managing staff performance and their personal development, mentoring staff, reviewing completed files, managing client relationships, and assisting with the growth of the business through attracting and maintaining clients. You will also be involved in strategic planning allowing you to help set the direction of the team and contribute new ideas.
About You Experience coaching and/or mentoring junior members of a team.Strong influencing and communication skills.External audit experience.Strong people leadership skills.CA or CPA qualification.Experience in reviewing audit files and managing audits.Superb organisation and time management.Ability to have fun.About our company
