Accounts Payable Officer

Hybrid working options and flexible hours!We have two wonderful clients that are looking for Accounts Payable Officers to join their teams on a temporary basis to help them get through a busy period! These contracts vary from 6 - 7 months.The roles:In these roles you will work toward supporting the Finance teams with the Accounts Payable processing. Your responsibilities will include the following:Processing supplier invoices in top tier FMIS systemEnsure AP ledgers are reconciled with the General LedgerThree-way match purchase ordersManually upload invoices as requiredManage a shared inbox and answer queriesReceipt a range of payments in a timely manner and correctly allocating them to customer accountsAd hoc duties as requiredSkills & Experience:You will have prior experience in an AP focused position where you have done the end-to-end process. You will have experience in one of the top tier FMIS systems and have a strong attention to detail.
