You'll be the key point of contact, building strong, lasting relationships.Workflow Planning: Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. You'll be responsible for planning and managing workflow, balancing resources to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.Quality Review: Conduct thorough reviews of audit files, ensuring they meet high standards. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future leaders of the firm.Work Management: Allocate approximately one-third of your time to managing work processes, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to deadlines.
