This is an opportunity to join a firm that not only values your expertise but also invests in your growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Client Management: Take full responsibility for your portfolio of clients, ensuring their success through proactive management, quality service delivery, and strategic guidance. You'll be the key point of contact, building strong, lasting relationships.Workflow Planning: Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. You'll be responsible for planning and managing workflow, balancing resources to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.Quality Review: Conduct thorough reviews of audit files, ensuring they meet high standards. You'll play a critical role in maintaining the quality and integrity of work, safeguarding the Baker Tilly reputation and that of their clients.Training & Development: Lead and mentor your team, providing training and development opportunities to foster growth and enhance performance. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future leaders of the firm.Work Management: Allocate approximately one-third of your time to managing work processes, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to deadlines. The remaining two-thirds will be dedicated to working directly with clients, reviewing work, and conducting client meetings.Critical Outcomes:Quality Audit Files: Deliver high-quality audit files that meet all regulatory and internal standards, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.Client Satisfaction: Maintain and enhance client relationships by delivering exceptional service, timely communication, and innovative solutions.Team Success: Lead by example, driving team performance and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.What's on OfferNot only is the role appealing, but you will have the opportunity to live in sunny Hawkes Bay, with the firm's offices located in Hastings.
