We invite passionate individuals to join our team in Wellington as Audit Directors or Associate Audit Directors.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of audits that may cover a diverse range of organisations, including for-profit organisations and public benefit entities operating in central government or local government. Your role will include signing audit reports on behalf of the Auditor-General, in accordance with the requirements of the Public Audit Act 2001.
You'll play an important leadership role, mentoring colleagues to support their personal and professional growth and helping to ensure that Audit New Zealand operates effectively and efficiently.

Building strong client relationships.
Maintaining the highest standards of audit quality.
Qualifications
It's essential that you're a Chartered Accountant (or have an equivalent overseas professional qualification recognised by the Auditor-General).
Experience
Whether you're an experienced Audit Director or Partner seeking fresh opportunities or an Audit Manager looking to step into a leadership role, we're keen to hear from you.

Expected Salary: For Associate Director is between $180 - $210,000 and for Audit Director between $190 - $225,000.
