We specialise in face-to-face fundraising for international organisations where together we are able to make a change.
Responsibilities include; Motivate and inspire the team as well as offer onsite coaching Preparing the team to achieve daily goals Problem-solving & assisting the team in positive outcomes Report to senior management with solutions and results Active participation in face-to-face fundraising You have: Leadership qualities and self-management skills Previous minimum 3 years experience in customer service-related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Resilience with a can-do attitude Goal-oriented and strong work ethic


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
