We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team of corporate finance experts working with top-tier domestic and international clients. Baker Tilly Staples Rodway is a professional services firm offering Accounting, Tax, Audit and specialist Corporate Finance services. We are looking for someone who ticks all the right boxes: A degree in Accounting or Finance coupled with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification At least four years of transaction advisory experience in a corporate finance team Proven track record of managing financial due diligence processes efficiently and producing high quality draft reports Strong commitment and ability to meet deadlines Excellent work ethic Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Has the right to work in New Zealand Application process Submit your online application, including your CV, cover letter, and passport (or visa) copy First interview Psychometric assessment Second interview Reference checks / police check Baker Tilly Staples Rodway is committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity, inclusion and belonging.
