You should have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar kitchen role, and be accustomed to working in a busy kitchen with flexible hours across a 7-day roster, including weekends. Your day-to-day kitchen tasks will include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring the kitchen follows food safety guidelines, and preparing food under the BOH team's guidance.To excel in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in a Chef de Partie or relevant position, with the ability to delegate tasks, coach and train kitchen staff to meet common goals, and ensure high standards of food quality and safety in a busy restaurant setting.
