ROLE SUMMARY: An opportunity has opened for an Attendance Officer to join the ACG Strathallan team.
The role is permanent, full time (term time only), commencing term 4 2024.
The successful applicant will be a well-rounded administrator who can multi-task and prioritise on a daily basis.
This is a front office sole charge position 8am - 4pm five days per week.
You must be able to work independently, make sound decisions, interact with students and parents, and look after our staff.
This is a busy office position with no two days alike.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily input of attendance records Processing attendance information Follow up as required – communication with Dean / Deputy Principal/Programme Leader Generating weekly reports re attendance Generating any special attendance related reports as requested Contacting students and parents/caregivers Keeping a record of contacts made Filing, photocopying and assisting with accounts and enrolments as required Other admin matters as requested Processing warning letters THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Effective communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport Commitment to deliver excellent customer service Ability to successfully multitask, prioritise and manage conflicting priorities well Professional appearance Attention to detail and highly organised Process driven and able to innovate improvements to that process Passion for education and commitment to represent and be a strong advocate for the school A "people person" and enjoy building rapport Sensitive and understanding of cultural diversity Values-driven and possess personal integrity, trustworthiness and credibility Team player but also able to work independently SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT Inspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
