As Associate Territory Manager , you will support leading surgeons in the Operating Theatre within this Auckland Territory. This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate with resilience, credibility, and energy.

The Role:
In the initial stages, you will work alongside the current Territory Manager who will support and mentor your development in this joint replacement portfolio. As you become more proficient, you will take ownership of your clients, be responsible for achieving and maintaining sales targets, and provide clinical support in line with sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Territory Manager in managing and supporting the portfolio within Theatre.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement.
Provide in-depth product knowledge and support to customers, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Collaborate with your Territory Manager and broader team to achieve continued sales success and market positioning of products.
You:

A bachelor's degree in Anatomy & Physiology or related sports background.
A genuine interest in Orthopaedics or medical technology.
Exceptional attention to detail and precision to tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn, and flexibility to travel as required.
Remuneration:

Base Salary between $80k to $85k based on experience.
