You will be responsible for key growth and operational initiatives & metrics, discovering challenges and driving performance across our merchant partner base.
You will also work cross-functionally with our internal teams to develop playbooks & best practices and drive improvement.The scope of work will include data analysis and opportunity identification, process design and execution of initiatives.
This role will require a high level of autonomy and operational creativity to continue pushing the envelope of success in Australia and New Zealand.You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…Strategise – Devise and execute initiatives against the overall business and merchant strategyExperiment – Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to run experiments and lead market intelligence effortsOptimise – Build the best merchant operations engine so DoorDash continues to offer the highest quality of service to customersAnalyse – Build models to evaluate the economics, value, consumer patterns, campaign success and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives intended to boost productivityExecute - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns and initiatives that drive merchant acquisition, engagement and retention.We're Excited About You Because You Have...Demonstrated experience in strategy and operations, project management, program management, product launch, operations, or consulting; high-growth startup or launching major products in the market is preferredA proven track record of operating in cross-functional initiatives and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environmentAn analytical mindset and can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; Proficiency in Excel/Google Suite, SQL experience is preferred but can also be learnt in-roleExceptional relationship-building skills and ability to work cross-functionally with easeAbout DoorDashAt DoorDash, our mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly, learn, and reiterate in order to make impactful decisions that display empathy for our range of users—from Dashers to merchant partners to consumers.
