Account & Relationship Management (Sales)Our client, a leading not-for-profit, seeks a Senior Partnerships Manager in Auckland. This role offers the chance to drive impactful partnerships, supporting children across New Zealand. You'll play a key role in maximising income through strong partner relationships, ensuring strategic alignment that benefits both the organisation and its partners.What you'll do:Develop and implement bespoke partnership plans tailored to the needs of the organisation and its partners.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of key partners to enhance engagement and maximise revenue opportunities.Provide partners with opportunities to leverage the organisation's activities, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship.Lead the on-boarding of new partners ensuring collaboration with other internal teams.Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts with partners, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on benefits and expectations.Drive partnership revenue by actively engaging with partners and exploring new opportunities for collaboration.Monitor and report on partnership activities, including speaking engagements and event participation, with a focus on return on investment and effort.Manage and maintain accurate partner CRM data in NetSuite to maintain accurate records and facilitate effective communication.What you bring:Proven experience in partnership management, contract negotiation, and account management.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Ability to develop and manage detailed partnership and activation plans.Excellent organisational skills with a focus on operational efficiency.Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.Experience in delivering presentations and representing the organisation to external stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.What sets this company apart:Our client is a leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing essential resources to children in need across New Zealand.
