As an Associate Adviser, you will begin by supporting senior advisers with preparing meeting notes, summarising client appointments, scheduling appointments, and managing client relationships. You'll be involved in client meetings from day one, gaining exposure to all aspects of the advisory process as you progress towards providing direct advice.Our unique employment structure utilises the highly successful Diamond Structure which is designed to develop you into a successful financial adviser. You'll have the opportunity to advance through clearly defined levels from an Associate to Servicing to a Growth Adviser. You'll be working with Senior Advisers developing client relationships and growing the business.Career Path and LevelsWe offer a clearly defined career path with 12 distinct levels. Your growth will depend on your performance, initiative, and passion for client care. There are opportunities for leadership, specialisation, and potentially owning a share of the company.We believe in continuous learning and provide hands-on mentorship from experienced advisers to help you transition from a supportive role to an advice-driven role. Our salary structure grows with your experience and expertise, with opportunities to earn up to $240,000.Our non-commission-based structure allows you to focus entirely on delivering exceptional, client-centered advice without the pressure of sales targets. This ensures your success is measured by client satisfaction and long-term relationship building, rather than short-term sales.Levels 1-4Earn $76,000. Learn how to support your advisers. This might take 15 days to three months.Earn $80,500. Prepare for adviser meetings and complete post-meeting requirements. You will have direct engagement with clients as an observer at these meetings.Earn $85,500. You will be involved in the entire client journey including the preparation of all documents.Earn $104,000. You will advise clients as well as assist senior advisers with their clients.The structure continues for eight more levels, each well-defined with specific servicing requirements and salary bands.
