Whilst the role is primarily withourChristchurch and South Island based clients,you'llalso beinvolvedinhelping todriveournational practice.This positionultimately offersyou thechance to drive progress, inspireothers, and create an overarching influence on the direction of ouroverallteam.
Drawing on your skills and experience inaccounting andtaxcompliance andadvisory You willalsoprovideadvice that coversstructuring, growth, strategy, succession planning and more. Private clients have a range of needs thatcanvary on any givenday;henceit will be your role to beseen as atrustedadvisor andmanage a large client base.T his willalsoinclude identifying opportunities to networkwith anddevelop new businessopportunities. Ability to manage a large client base and multitask accordingly, whilst alsodelivering strong client focus and building relationships with senior stakeholders,internally and externally; Advanced financial reporting,accountingand tax technical knowledge, as well as up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments; Advanced knowledge of relevant NZ legislation; You have acombination of technical and commercial acumento effectively advise; Possessa well-rounded,innovativeand progressive way of thinking,that keepsour clients at the forefront of everything we do; You are a collaborator and team-player, witha high levelof communication and engagement; Experience in coachingand mentoringjuniorteam members,as well asdevelopingothers; Qualified CA, CPA or equivalent.
