Associate Director – Capital Works

This is a pivotal role with key accountability for the delivery of the university's $2bn programme of major capital works projects. The role will lead a team (5 direct reports with a total team of c.20) focused on the delivery of the extensive capital construction programme including major capital works, deferred maintenance projects and minor capital works. The successful candidate will provide leadership in developing a culture of continuous improvement and customer service by ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of planning and capital works project management services to meet the needs of the university community and supporting the objectives of the University's Strategic Plan Taumata Teitei.The successful candidate will possess a proven understanding of large-scale building programmes and large impact compliance works in conjunction with demonstrating an ability to think and act strategically to provide valuable input to achieve the best long-term outcomes.Applications should consist of a CV and covering letter and should be sent to ****** date for applications is Sunday 10th March 2024. #J-18808-Ljbffr
