Key Responsibilities: Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
Write and frame thought leadership articles, blogs, infographics, industry reports, client case studies, newsletters, press releases, speeches/scripts, and more.
Write thought-leadership posts for leadership profiles on social media platforms and blogs.
Liaise with stakeholders and design teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
Monitor communication plan milestone completion; identify process and operational roadblocks; own and work towards solution development and escalate critical decisions to relevant stakeholders to reach alignment. Measure, report and adjust communications activities based on outcomes.
Act as the communications business partner for assigned departments - answer queries, and collect their stories for internal and external promotion.
Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere.
Demonstrate brand voice.
Required Skills: Working knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content (preferred, not mandatory).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
A high degree of ownership in taking things to completion.
Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually.
Comfortable working independently under tight deadlines.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
Self-motivation to work independently and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a team, and adapt to new and evolving processes.
