The role reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) ED and is responsible for the coordination of the floor when on clinical shift and supporting CNM by taking on a portfolio which includes appraisals and other subjects depending on your interest.
Mo koe / About you The role will ideally suit someone with understanding and experience in Emergency Department. Key attributes include:
Senior ED roles
A knowledge and familiarity with the understanding of ED coordination and flow within the department
Proven leadership skills in a relevant setting
A strong commitment to a quality and safety philosophy as well as Maori health and equity outcomes
A collaborative style with good networking and team-building skills
This is a great opportunity to learn and grow your management and leadership skills. The successful candidate will work as part of a team with 3 other ACNMs and the Clinical Nurse Manager.
