Associate Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Drive discussions with product owners and/or business partners to understand the process and the problem, then brainstorm solution scenarios.
Actively engage product owners to translate solution needs into actionable user stories.
Facilitate and support product backlog management.
Perform/coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before each product release.
Secure approval & change management activities with senior product manager or product owner before release.
Work closely with Product Managers and maintain the product backlog through continuous process.
Engage with PMs regularly to understand and gather prioritized requirements, convert them into business requirements, and work in a continuous process of refinement through feedback from all stakeholders.
What We Require (Desired Skills and Abilities): Skills: Good understanding of Data and Analytics.
Knowledge of Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
Good written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide actionable insights from references.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and eager to take end-to-end ownership of such priorities.
Strong learning attitude.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
Educational Certifications: Bachelor's/Master's Degree preferably in CS, IT, or its equivalent.
