Associate/Assistant Priest - Taradale Anglican Church Taradale Anglican Church is seeking to appoint a full-time Associate/Assistant Priest to support and encourage the growing ministry and mission of our community.
As a church, we have a desire to hand on the blessing of the faith and our churches to another generation, focusing on reaching those who are not in our midst. If you have a heart for the missing generations, a love for Jesus and his church, can live in the tension of new and ancient forms of worship, and have a kingdom vision, then we would love to talk with you!
The role is open to those who feel called to apply. If your passion lies in teaching and preaching, there is a space for you. If you are a pastor at heart and love to meet with and encourage the church, we would love to talk with you. If you feel God calling you to plant a church or lead others in doing that, we would love to resource and encourage you in that work.
While the preference in this appointment is for a Priest ordained within the Anglican Communion, we are open to applications from those not ordained who have served in paid roles as a Pastor in other traditions and have undertaken theological education.
