PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)Our client is a growing but established people-first business specialized in tax, accounting, and business consultancy. This role is based in an excellent CBD location close to the train station for an easy commute.The RoleThis newly created role is essential for providing support to the managing director. The day-to-day duties may include some general office tasks but will focus primarily on assisting the managing director with their planning, scheduling, prioritization, calls, emails, invoices, and client management/interaction.Scheduling for the Managing Director through diary/calendarAttending client meetings with the managing directorAttending to calls and emailsInvoicing, purchase orders, and other payment managementData entry and maintenanceSkills and ExperienceExcellent professional phone and email communicationComfortable and confident interacting with clientsEstablished time management and prioritization systemsExperience as a PA/EA to executives in an accounting setting is a mustAccurate and efficient with invoicing, purchase orders, data entry, and similar tasksEfficient in typing and task management, with a 'get it done' attitudeFirm and confident, able to make decisions and be autonomous while keeping the managing director on trackAbility to understand the customers and their needsSkilled in Xero XPM, FYI Docs, Dashboard Insights, electronic signatures, and Office 365 products, particularly calendarKeen to learn to produce webinar/virtual meeting visual materialsAll applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.Does this sound like you?
