The Community Services and Facilities Group plans for and operates a broad range of customer / community facing facilities; libraries and services centres, community venues, and sports facilities including swimming pools. The Group also offers a broad range of services include customer services, events and community funding delivery, community development, fitness, wellbeing and lifelong learning classes and programmes. In this Group it is all about community! Responsibilities: Communicating with, and maintaining positive relationships with a diverse group of internal colleagues as well as some key external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director Monitoring and coordinating the delivery of a broad range of working groups / projects and taking responsibility for associated reporting and record keeping Organising and hosting a range of internal and external meetings and events with particular responsibilities including minute taking and undertaking follow up actions as required Proactive prioritisation and management of the Executive Director's diary, tasks and emails Preparing timely and well written reports that reflect the contributions of various teams Supporting processes related to monitoring compliance with, and review of, relevant organisational policies About you: As the Assistant to the Executive Director, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working on a variety of work and projects.
