Assistant Store Manager - Timberland Hornby Timberland has been creating authentic boots, shoes, apparel, and accessories since 1973.

About the Role Are you passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience?
As an Assistant Store Manager at Timberland, you'll lead with energy and enthusiasm, driving both personal and team success.
You'll inspire your team to reach sales targets while ensuring every customer receives premium service.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing sales team.
Drive sales and KPI targets by leading through example and coaching team members.
Provide customers with expert product knowledge and a premium in-store experience.
Ensure visual merchandising standards align with Timberland's brand guidelines.
Manage stock processes, including inventory inwards and outwards.
Train, develop, and upskill the team to achieve their best.
Skills and Experience: At least 1 year of management experience in a similar retail environment.
A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
Current New Zealand work rights.
