About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Outlet Manawa Bay store. This role is a part-time position working 38 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets. Drive a high-performing team committed to providing exceptional customer service. Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling. Maintain store operations including stock management and visual merchandising.
