You will do this by:Collaborating with the Store Manager to maximise each team member's full potential.Driving store profitability while upholding our brand standards.Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of both customers and staff.Maintaining visually stunning merchandising displays.Providing support with administrative tasks and reporting.You will enjoy a role where you are on the sales floor as well as inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and foster a culture of engagement and enthusiasm among the team.What you will bring to the role:Ideally you will have previous retail management experience along with a track record for driving sales and profitability.
