Assistant Store Manager

Four Square Supermarkets – Tamahere, North Island
We are on the hunt for a retail superstar and outstanding leader to join our tight-knit team as an Assistant Store Manager at Four Square Tamahere!
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, a great eye for detail, and amazing communication skills. Previous industry experience in a leadership role and a current Duty Manager Certificate is required.
We are in the heart of the Tamahere community and provide an essential service to our locals. No day is quite the same in Four Square, so an ability to multi-task and problem solve is essential!
You will be working across a range of tasks including:
Offering customers great local service
Directing and supervising the team
Managing departments across the store
Food and Health & Safety compliance
Maintaining high standards
We are open 7 days, so there will be a mix of morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
