Proven ability to deliver results in a driven and/or highly measured environment with an understanding of KPIs and budgets having a willingness to coach and develop team members in this area.
Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager.
A customer-centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a highly dynamic environment.
Demonstrate a proactive approach in building clientele and brand awareness, capturing every opportunity to create new business for the store.
