As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of your store with the Store Manager – from the team to the customers and the day-to-day operations that come with running the store as your own .
You'll be responsible for motivating, developing and inspiring your team,with the concept of driving sales through customer service and the importance of converting every customer in store, exceeding sales results through creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a retail team
Fostering a positive team environment
Providing exceptional customer care maintaining customer relationships
Effective operational management of store systems and reporting
Working closely with the Territory Manager to coordinate retail store operations.
Achieving retail & wholesale sales budgets and KPI targets
Inventory management and accuracy
Ensuring administrative and audit processes
Build and manage store sales as part of a team

Desired Skills & Experience:
Previous retail & people management experience is preferred. Will consider all applicants that have the right attitude and want to succeed and build their retail career.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to positively influence and engage with team and customers.
Competence in all aspects of store operations and management

An outgoing personality with great communication skills
An ability to work under pressure and multi-task
