We are currently looking for somebody to join our team and become our next Assistant Store Manager If you have experience within Sales, Retail or Hospitality, we would be interesting in speaking with you.
What we offer includes:
* A small team of friendly staff
* A total of 41 hours per work week, on the following days;
-Sun 8:30am to 4pm
-Monday 8:30am to 5:30pm
-Tuesday 8:30am-5:30pm
-Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm
* Ability and flexibility to gain more hours to cover staff absences
Key skills and attributes required:
* Be out going
*A good eye for detail and understand the importance of visual merchandising and Store presentation
* Ability to work autonomously and manage their time wisely
*A high level of responsibility and be able to take ownership for that which they control
* Excellent spoken and written English, with good computer skills
* Ensure high levels of customer's satisfaction through excellent service
*Confidence in approaching customers to sell and recommend products.
* Some knowledge of Catering, Tools, Fishing, Trailers, Homewares beneficial
We are not necessarily looking for someone with a huge array of Sales experience, but rather, someone with the strong potential to learn and grow as a member of the Sales team here at Save Barn.
