Duties may include but not limited to:
• Assisting in ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in organising and running the day to day operation of the business.
• Assist in staff recruitment, ,training, management and rostering in line with the business requirements.
• Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.
• Assist in developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
• Assist in managing records of cash and electronic transactions and generating reconciliation reports.
• Assist in managing stock levels.
• Checking and processing all inward and outward goods.
• Assist in maintaining the store operational standards.
• Receive customer reviews/feedback and ensure implementation of the corrective actions if any.
• Ensuring compliance with the health and safety rules and all the applicable business regulations.
Your skills, experience & qualifications:
• High standard of communication, including written and spoken English.
• An attention to detail but can set and adjust priorities appropriately as the environmental changes.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit as some lifting may be required
• Ability to Manage and train team members
• Availability to work 7 days a week, including public holidays and evenings
• One year of relevant experience or a relevant diploma qualification/overseas equivalent
Police, criminal and references checks may be required as part of the recruitment process.
Minimum 30 hours a week.
Pay rate $24.00-$30.00 per hour in line with the skills and experience.
