About The RoleWe are seeking expressions of interest for an experienced and highly skilled retailer looking to take the next step in their management career! Based out of our boutique in Britomart, Auckland CBD, you will join our growing team at Karen Walker and embody all areas of brand ambassadorship. Assisting in inspiring a tight knit team, you will pioneer the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, all while leading and motivating a high performing team. You and the management team will the driving force behind the success of the store while actively nurturing your team and community alike.
Reporting to the Store Manager to support your growth, you will have a demonstrated history in retail management and strive to be a leader in your field while possessing the following qualities:

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor. Exposure in a luxury or high-end setting preferred but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a teamStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesProficiencies in Microsoft Suite as well as POS and inventory management softwareStrong commercial acumen across all aspects of retail management including, without limitation, operations, inventory, and communityAbility to work flexible hours, including weekendsIncomparable analytical and problem-solving skillsHow to ApplyPlease submit your cover letter and CV via the link below.
