This is a hands-on role with an emphasis on motivating the team to provide a high level of customer service in order to increase sales.Reporting through to the Pharmacy Manager your duties will include:Leadership: Providing leadership and support to the team, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.Customer Service: Ensuring that all customers receive an outstanding customer service experience.Staff Development: Training and development of team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.Sales Focus: Be a key driver in increasing store performance, motivating the team to exceed sales targets by lifting the sales conversion and basket size of customer purchases.What are we looking for from you?Previous retail experience with a focus on providing excellent customer service.An experienced retailer who is looking for career development & management experience.Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets & KPI's.A passion for leading and developing your team to achieve results.The desire to be in front of customers and selling on the floor.What's in it for you?Opportunities for career development across our nationwide network of pharmacies.Kiwi-owned business who put their people & their welfare first and foremost.Discounted Southern Cross Health Insurance.Discounted Gym membership and a range of discounts across other retailers.Applications will only be considered from applicants who are New Zealand Citizens/Permanent Residents or hold a valid work visa who are currently residing in New Zealand.Your application will include the following questions:Please state your annual salary expectations.Are you available to work Sunday to Thursday?As a Retail Management professional can you demonstrate your track record in increasing sales, profitability and revenue within your current or previous retail management role?Please select the option that best describes your right to work in New Zealand.
