As part of our awesome Frontline you will work collaboratively with the Retail Lead (Store Manager) and Area Lead to support a team of Customer Champions within a Retail Store. The Assistant Store Manager is the most senior role in the store in the absence of the Retail Lead, who is responsible for coaching and mentoring the Customer Champions and enabling them to work towards KPIs.Please note: this role is based at our Westfield Newmarket store in Tamaki Makaurau.
