Duties may include but are not limited to:
Assisting in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Assist in organizing and running the day-to-day operation of the business.
Assist in staff recruitment, training, management, and rostering in line with the business requirements.
Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
Assist in developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
Assist in managing records of cash and electronic transactions and generating reconciliation reports.
Assist in managing stock levels.
Checking and processing all inward and outward goods.
Assist in maintaining the store operational standards.
Receive customer reviews/feedback and ensure implementation of corrective actions if any.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety rules and all applicable business regulations.
Your skills, experience & qualifications:
High standard of communication, including written and spoken English.
An attention to detail but can set and adjust priorities appropriately as the environment changes.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit as some lifting may be required.
Ability to manage and train team members.
Availability to work 7 days a week, including public holidays and evenings.
One year of relevant experience or a relevant diploma qualification/overseas equivalent.
Police, criminal, and references checks may be required as part of the recruitment process.
Minimum 30 hours a week.
Pay rate $24.00-$30.00 per hour in line with the skills and experience.
