We're currently hiring for our next Assistant Manager at our Sylvia Park retail store.The WHAT?This opportunity is for 40 hours per week, working over the following roster; Monday: 8.45am - 5.15pm, Tuesday: 11.00am - 7.15pm, Wednesday: 11.00am - 7.15pm, Thursday: 12.15pm - 9.15pm and Sunday: 8.45am - 5.15pm.As an Assistant Manager, you will:Support the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on Sundays and Mondays.Use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team on the daily, with the assistance of a dedicated Store Manager to understand the customer's needs.Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified.Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting.Excel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs.Commit to our 2024 blackout period; Monday 25th November 2024 - Wednesday 4th December 2024 and Monday 16th December - Sunday 5th January.
