What You'll Be Doing Energise, influence and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and performance?Be the product expert and knowledgeable trainer, you will educate your team and advise customers??Review KPIs and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and introduce strategies to help exceed store targets?Identify innovative and creative methods to consistently go above and beyond when it comes to boosting customer loyalty ?Drive the SB brand in your store community by building relationships and seeking new marketing techniques and inventive ways to drive traffic and increase sales ?Take ownership over stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs??Consistently ensure policies, operational standards and procedures are communicated, understood & implemented ?Partner with the wider business to ensure prompt placement of stock and take responsibility for the smooth running of your store overall?To be successful you will have: Previous retail experience, ideally in a management role, and be at your best in a fast-paced and client-focused retail environment ?Exceptional customer service and team management skills? Proficient in POS systems?Interest in and awareness of market trends in the retail industry?Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once?An operational mindsetWhat's in it for you?
