Key Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire: Support the Stargazing Manager in supervising nightly operations and leading the stargazing team.
Customer Experience: Deliver engaging and educational stargazing tours, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Training and Development: Train and mentor new guides, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
Operational Excellence: Manage tour schedules, ensure equipment is set up correctly, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
