The Consortium Management Office (CMO) is a national coordinating office jointly formed by A*STAR and NRF. Each consortium is a collaboration platform that promotes Public-Private Partnerships by supporting interactions between multiple industry partners and public research institutions from across the Singapore ecosystem. The goal is to promote the commercialization of research outcomes and the development of industry-relevant technologies, to promote innovation and support economic growth. Existing consortia covers a range of emerging technology areas that include Photonics, Membranes, Health Technologies, Synthetic Biology, Biofilms and Battery Technologies. We are seeking a self-driven candidate to be part of both the Synthetic Biology Consortium (SINERGY) and Biofilms Consortium (SNBC) team to support the activities that facilitate developing innovation partnerships between the various stakeholders in the ecosystem. Duties and Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Provide administration support e.g. dealing with email enquiries, office management, travel management, keeping track of Consortium's performance indicators, industry membership etc. Assist in organizing Consortium events (administration and logistics) Assist in Consortium's marketing/publicity efforts e.g. newsletter, social media Assist in procurement of items/services for the Consortium needs Devise digital campaigns to engage target stakeholders Other ad-hoc duties to support the Consortium's initiatives Qualifications At least a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university At least 2 years of working experience in project management or administrative duties Excellent organization and communication skills Good time management skills, and able to multi-task effectively Able to work independently to support and organize events Experience in event organization, website management, and social media management is an added advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
