The Role Fletcher Living's north branch is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join the team.
We're on the hunt for a driven people leader with a strong sales background and either a background or strong interest in Residential sales.
This is full time role; you will be required to work Saturday's and Sundays with days off during the week.
To assist with leadership, planning, management, control and co-ordination of the Region's Sales strategies and activities to generate the sale of product in accordance with the Regions business plan and objectives to achieve agreed levels of profitability, margin, timeliness, quality and customer service.
To assist the research and understanding of customer needs and expectations, home design and product development trends within the marketplace to capitalise on these trends and to maximize opportunities identified.
To discuss pricing strategies with the Sales Manager and ensure pricing strategies are communicated and consistent with customer expectation whilst optimising our sell price and margins to meet business objectives.
To support the Sales team on a daily basis as required.
About You You will be a passionate and results-oriented sales management professional with proven experience in a leadership role in the residential building industry contributing to excellent commercial and customer outcomes.
As a leader you will have experience motivating and guiding teams through a collaborative approach and driving a culture of excellence.
You will have experience closing high value, complex sales processes through in-depth knowledge of and passion for the new home building industry.
Experience in competitor analysis, sales cycle management and strategic planning to ensure market leadership Technical: Advanced proficiency in all MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experienced user of CRM's and skilled in database management Along with providing a competitive salary, company vehicle and excellent incentive scheme, this role will see you working with a high performing team with a clear vision and goals.
