This is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week from Sunday through to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities Will Include Coaching and mentoring team members to meet and exceed targets Being accountable for the profitability of the store/s within the Profit Centre (PC) Making sure administrative and audit processes are followed Maintaining the integrity of inventory Making sure our stores are a safe environment for our people and customers through actively promoting our "Safe Home Every Day" framework Skills And Experience To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Relevant retail experience, ideally in a big-box retail setting Prior experience of managing staff Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and sales skills A high level of business acumen and excellent communication skills The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated, and work as a team player Flexibility to work rostered shifts including weekends About The Company Briscoe Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a partner of First Foundation and a proud supporter of Cure Kids.
