Assistant Project Manager

We are a leading manufacturer of aluminium windows, doors, and conservatories, and a member of both the Windows & Glass Association New Zealand and the Master Builders Association. Our company is renowned for delivering high-quality joinery with consistent excellence. We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager (with possibility of being promoted to Project Manager) to join our dynamic and friendly team.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in reading and interpreting building plans
Planning experience in residential/commercial projects
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to self-manage, meet deadlines, and stay resilient under pressure
Strong literacy and numeric skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project managers with site measurements and client meetings
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other communication methods
Provide/revise quotations to customers
Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams
Assist in ensuring timely project completion
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Adhere to and promote the highest safety standards
