The role is classroom-based with leadership responsibilities for our senior school (Y4–8).Criteria for appointment:Strong classroom practitioner with up-to-date knowledge of educational practices that support all akonga to succeed.Current or recent experience in school leadership.Experience in senior school (Y6–8 preferable).Ability to lead and shape our intermediate programme.Capability in curriculum development.Proven people management skills e.g. coaching and mentoring.Commitment to ongoing professional development in te reo and Tikanga Maori.Strengths in music, sport or cultural capability are an advantage.This position commences term 1, 2025.
