We are seeking a future-focused leader with a growth mindset and a passion for education. SENCO responsibility is a key factor for this role. The position has a regular teaching responsibility of .6, which will be linked to our professional growth cycle including observing, modelling, and coaching our teachers.
This leader will be a great team player and communicator, who possesses excellent pedagogical and curriculum knowledge, and has the ability to build positive relationships and develop learner-centred programmes. Our new A.P. will have proven leadership qualities and be passionate and capable to lead future developments in our school.
