In this role, you will assist in managing the parts department, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in parts management, organisational skills, and a passion for the heavy automotive industry. Key Responsibilities will Include: Assist in overseeing the daily operations and staff in the parts department. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely availability of parts. Assist in training and supervising parts department staff. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients. Monitor and report on department performance metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. About You Proven experience in a parts department, preferably within a truck dealership or automotive environment. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to move heavy parts and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
