A bit about the role: We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Assistant Manager to be part of the ongoing success of Orbit. In this management position you will be an integral part of the team and be responsible for the supervision and training of new staff; developing and motivating the Front of House team whilst assisting with profitability through providing exceptional customer service. The role is for a maternity leave cover of 12 months only.
A bit about you: You will have at least 2 years proven Food and Beverage Management experience within a quality establishment and sound supervisory skills to lead a team to success. Strong verbal and written communication and a current General Managers Licence and LCQ is essential. You must already have rights to work in New Zealand as the timeframe does not allow for visa support.
