Assistant Store Manager - ChartwellAt Postie, we understand that people drive the business, and we see success being driven out of the empowerment of our teams.We are searching for an Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about customer service and retail to work 40 hours per week in our Chartwell Postie store.The role:Provide outstanding customer serviceAssist in leading the teamWork with the team to achieve targetsDrive a positive performance culture with your professionalism and enthusiasmTo be considered for this role you must:Have previous experience in a retail environment with leadership responsibilitiesBe flexible with roster times including weekends, some evenings, and occasional public holidays.
