In this role, you will be responsible for: Driving both individual and store-wide sales and KPI targets Inspiring and motivating the team daily by fostering a positive culture and ensuring exceptional customer service Managing in-store promotions and overseeing visual merchandising Handling HR functions, including performance management and recruitment Managing all administrative tasks such as rostering, reporting, stocktakes, and stock management What you'll bring?
