Your Key Responsibilities: Lead & Inspire: Motivate and lead your team of up to 10 staff to deliver exceptional customer service and hit sales targets, ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience. Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily store functions, including opening/closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising to ensure the store is running smoothly and looks its best. Sales & Performance: Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets through active floor leadership and engaging customers in the latest product offerings. Team Development: Assist in training and mentoring staff to build a motivated and knowledgeable team that thrives in a busy retail environment. Operational Excellence: Take charge of stock control, loss prevention, and reporting duties, making sure everything runs efficiently and smoothly. What We're Looking For: Experience in assistant management roles in retail for 2+ years. Strong leadership abilities and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. A proactive and organized approach to managing the floor, with great attention to detail. Loyal and dedicated to your brand and business.
