Role and Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth functioning and maintain the high standards set by the brand.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by leading and motivating the team to provide prompt, friendly, and helpful assistance.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and monitor the quality of ingredients to ensure consistency.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, handle cash management, and manage inventory to minimize wastage and maximize profitability.
Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean and sanitary environment by following health and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively and efficiently.

Type: Permanent, Full time
Days required: Rotating roster, including weekends
Hours per week: 30 hours per week
Hourly Pay: $29.66 - $31 per hour
