Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, development, and management of tour programs while learning about various aspects of the tourism industry.
Contribute to the creation of unique, innovative experiences for our clients, helping to uphold PPG Tours' award-winning reputation.
Collaborate with our sister company, PPG Events, to gain exposure to diverse roles and projects.
Support the management of tour programs throughout their lifecycle, gaining a comprehensive understanding of travel and tourism operations.
Communicate with clients, agents, and suppliers to develop your written and verbal communication skills in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Ensure customer service excellence, focusing on attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork.
Requirements: Experience: No prior inbound travel experience required – recent graduates are welcome.
Skills: Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency with standard office software, especially Excel.
Availability: Willingness to work weekends during peak season and participate in potential travel-based opportunities.
Residency: Must be a permanent resident or have the right to work in New Zealand.
Personal Attributes: A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
